The brief was set to look into the primary functions of the exploration and industrial product retail shop; the activities, the relationship between human factors and spaces. My design is a Ukulele music instrument shop that mainly using timber, glass. concrete as the main materials. The ground floor is mainly used for sales and workshop functions, and the second floor is used for administrative functions. 

 

While the timber cladding is intended to resonate with traditional Hawaiian ukulele-ish architecture, the glazing at the centre which displays musical instruments will lend the whole space to a more interactive contemporary edge.
